Hi my name is Zoe Yarker. I have been working as a Virtual Assistant now since 2007 and before that I worked for some big corporates in their admin departments and later as Personal Assistant for Financial Controllers and Directors.  It was my last role that helped me make my decision to become a VA.

My job was to look after 15 Sales people formatting their quotations, managing their diaries, and anything else they needed to help them sell more. I had been doing this for 5 years and then one day realised that they were hardly ever in the office and yet I still managed to do my job, which got me thinking "why do I have to be here?" and that’s when I set up on my own.  Although it wasn't quite that easy... luckily I had a great friend that helped me (thank you!).

I have great organisational skills and I work with all my clients as if their business was my own.

One thing my Dad told me years ago was that you work most of you life and therefore you should try and enjoy it.  I love what I do and am extremely passionate about it and because of that it shows in my work.
